The Sr Specialist operates on the Annuity Research Team within the In Force Operations department.  The In Force Ops department is dedicated to protecting more people with a simplified experience for employees, customers, and partners. As a member of the Annuity Research Team, the Sr Specialist will be utilized in the day-to-day processing of requests for valuable internal & external customers.  The Sr. Specialist will solve for escalated situations or complex processes based on years of in-depth knowledge of the financial service industry, specifically annuities (both fixed and variable).   Employee Benefits:   We aim to protect our employees' wellbeing through a broad benefits offering.
