Position Title: Dynatrace Engineer

Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting contract Dynatrace Engineer opportunity with our client 100% Remote (anywhere in US is acceptable).

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzes local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, selecting operating systems and protocol suites and configuring communication media.
• Resolves interoperability problems to obtain operations across all platforms.
• Develops network solutions to maximize and reroute traffic and perform root cause analysis through appropriate commands, specifications, and scripts.
• May lead cross functional teams or provide Engineering support. Supports acquisition of standard hardware and software as well as subcontractor services as needed.
• Will work as one of the team but focused on site turn up and network migration from Brownfield.
• Potentially work with Planning and Engineering to install new equipment for migration.
• New router turn up and configuration.
• Up to 55 sites need new equipment to migrate.
• Lab up design if needed.
• MOP creation.
• Prepare and submit firewall requests.
• MOP execution in maintenance window.
• Work through any fall out from migration.
  
  
  

Job Qualifications:

• 2 years hands-on experience on Dynatrace is a must.
• Root cause analysis and dashboard creation.
• Strong application performance analysis skills.
• Experience of deploying Dynatrace tools for different technologies and platforms.
• Experience on Configuration and customization Dynatrace solution that include integration with other tools.
• Very good understanding of tool capabilities for a given customer environment
• Familiarity with other application performance monitoring tools is needed.
• Extensive experience with Synthetic monitoring and integration of third-party tools with Dynatrace.
• Experience admin level tasks - Alert configuration, maintenance window, anomaly detection and changing threshold, custom event creation, request attribute, OneAgent upgrade/install.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts and principles.
• Dynatrace API Integration with other tools, Dockers, Kubernetes, DevOps tools like Ansible, Jenkins.
• Proficient in giving product trainings, demonstrating Dynatrace capabilities and new features to existing or prospective customers.

• Job Type: Contract
• Pay Range Rate: $34-$37/hr.
• Location: Remote
