PROVAIL has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Services Coordinator I to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for performing scheduling, the client intake processes, and providing support to both our clients and staff. As a member of our Mobility and Communication team, you will be helping to support our outpatient speech, occupational, & assistive technology clinical services, school services, as well as other mission-based services through this administrative work. Our goal is to provide individualized communication systems and wheelchairs to our clients to help them fulfill their life choices.
This is a full-time (average of 32 hours per week) in-person position based in our Headquarters Office in Seattle office, with some limited work-from-home opportunities.

What you’ll do:
- Performs intake process & client/applicant information maintenance for M&C, including but not limited to:
- Applicant, Intake, and Waitlist list management
- Initial outreach
- Evaluation scheduling
- Working with the clinical team to ensure ongoing scheduling of clients, including but not limited to:

- Rescheduling appointments
- Cancellations/Late/No Show
- Scheduling changes as needed
- Maintains records for M&C clinicians and clients in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manages communications to the appropriate party(s) as needed.
- Actively participates as a full member of the M&C team.
- Performing front desk operations with exceptional customer service
- Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring:
- High school or equivalent.
- Some experience in the healthcare field or commensurate experience is preferred.
- Some experience with scheduling, e.g. Google Calendar, or other electronic scheduling systems for multiple clinicians/individuals preferred.
- Some experience with the medical front office and HIPAA is preferred.
- Keen ability to organize and maintain data within an outpatient healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated ability to time manage and prioritize tasks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
