Summary
The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the sales team in all locations. A variety of tasks such as commission, vendor management, and policy administration will fall under this role.
Responsibilities:
Verify information in sales deals for imaging and solutions
Manage commission logs
Distributes promotional material
Maintains existing sales reports and designs new reports as needed
Manages all company apparel
Send out commission sheets
Process deals
Calculate commission for sales reps
Track all monthly and quarterly sales promotions
Verify client payment from sales deals
Assist in MPS billing and tracking
Calculate monthly revenue, quarterly, and annual bonus’s based on stacks
Track service invoices for sales reps
Scan deals into Laserfiche and file to appropriate sales rep
Send sales reps pending commissions report
Requirements
5 plus years in a support role, preferably supporting a sales team
