Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide part-time support for our home healthcare agency operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, experience in home health care agency operations, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Update files on the system (electronic and physical)
* Prepare applications, documents, and reports for associates
* Maintain organized physical file documents and implement a filing system
* Thread documents and scan/fax as necessary
* Send emails and correspondence as required
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a home health care agency or related field
* Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and office management
* Proficiency in MS Office, electronic filing systems, and other software applications
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Schedule:
* 4 hours twice a week (8 hours total)
