Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer for a 12-Month contract to assist our team in creating printed and web-based material for all associated businesses. Working with Communications and the Promotions and Events Manager you will plan and complete design work for all ANZ business. You will also focus on adhoc support across APAC, managing and updating existing publications and marketing collateral such as catalogues, order forms, advertisements, promotional flyers, conference material and our Triannual industry magazine. Your main responsibilities will include – Planning and completing design work for all ANZ business units and other adhoc support across APAC. Adhering to all company and multiple branch guidelines. Managing and updating existing publications and marketing collateral such as, catalogues, order forms, advertisements, promotional flyers, conference material. Working on our Triannual industry magazine within an existing style template. Creating quarterly products and promotions brochures within existing style template. Updating and creating marketing material and maintaining branded collateral. Creating design assets for social media, along with all other forms of online advertising. Assisting Marketing Assistant with Digital Design and Administration of online content and eDM campaigns. Assisting with maintaining design work summary and printing costs. About You To be successful you will have; Demonstrated entry to mid-level graphic design experience. High proficiency and experience using Adobe InDesign. Strong ability to follow strict brand guidelines, existing templates, packaging InDesign files, exporting PDFs for print and online and creating new materials. Mid-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong typographical skills and a high level of attention to detail. Experience in taking & understanding design briefs. Strong English, spelling and grammar skills and the ability to self-check work. Knowledge and understanding of creating graphics and elements for online use. Experience with Social Media and using Mail Chimp or similar email campaign creation an advantage.
