Providence Health Plan is calling a Business Architect who will:

• Perform business analysis planning and requirement development
• Serve as a member of the product development and marketing team
• Support Providence's Mission and vision through leadership and management of Providence Health Plan's digital presence, including public websites, the intranet, physician and patient portals, as well as social media platforms, mobile applications and other extensions of the digital experience
• Be responsible for business analysis planning and monitoring for key stakeholder groups, as well as eliciting and documenting user requirements
• Assess technical solution requests and validate technical recommendations
• Analyze current processes to document current workflows and operational requirements
• Performs gap analyses
• Develops future state workflows
• Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing as required
• Be well versed with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures, including usability, analytics, content management, best practices, and understanding the integration of online and back-end systems
• Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Perform a variety of complicated tasks, such as planning, requirement prioritization, implementation support, user acceptance testing
• Build strong relationships with functional peers, as well as with business leaders throughout the organization
• Be an outstanding communicator capable of drawing out business needs and requirements from stakeholders while maintaining focus on and aligning those needs with user requirements

We welcome 100% remote work for residents who reside in one of the following States: Washington, Oregon, California

Required qualifications for this position include:

• 5 years business analysis experience
• 5 years' experience with web or digital development projects
• Previous experience in project management required
• Demonstrated ability to work innovatively to find new solutions, new delivery capabilities
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with a variety of audiences

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• Previous experience successfully working in a highly matrixed work environment
• Experience with Facets, PEGA and other health plan management systems
