Description Clinical Pharmacist - Everett Medical Ctr Colby-Everett(HR) The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. Required qualifications: PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy Or Bachelor of Pharmacy Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS) Preferred qualifications: Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence?
