Description

Provides developmental information and community-based referrals for families with young children at risk for developmental delay. Job responsibilities include responding to requests for information, providing information regarding community services, referring to community agencies and administration of community resource and client data tracking.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree. Or equivalent educ/experience,
  • 1 year - Experience in one or more of the following areas: health, human services or community education, with an emphasis on serving young children and their families.
