Department Liaison - 100% Remote. We welcome residents in our footprint states, AK, CA, OR, WA, TX, NM, or MT

This position serves as the primary billing office contact to discuss and resolve issues with charging departments in the ministries, HIM, and physician offices (customers). This position will also serve as a resource for AR Specialists when issues need to be escalated that involve resolution with customers.

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of overall experience in a large and complex acute care setting, knowledge of billing requirements and experience with the various system applications needed to perform the duties of the position.
• Key experience highlights must include:
• Demonstrated knowledge of claims billing including Federal, State and local laws and regulations.

• Coursework/Training in College coursework.
