Description
As a member of the GME leadership team, the GME Program Coordinator has the primary responsibility for the management of the residency program. This position partners with GME Program Directors and faculty in developing and maintaining the educational quality of the training program and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and other regulatory requirements while continuously identifying areas for programmatic improvements.

Required Qualifications:
4 years of Program management, preferably related to GME
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business administration or medical-related field from an accredited college/university. Or equivalent educ/experience
Upon hire: Certified through TAGME (Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education)
