This position will provide excellence in enterprise application planning, implementation and support for Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH) and affiliated organizations. Essential job responsibilities include:

• Strategy development and deployment.
• Resource planning and utilization.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, CPA/CA. Or equivalent educ/experience.
• 5 years Information Services leadership experience.
• 10 or more years Demonstrated ability to create and successfully execute strategic plans for highly complex issues; healthcare information services operations and support; experience standardizing complex and disparate processes; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems. Must have proven ability to interact at and communicate to all levels of an organization. Organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities are critical for success in this position.
• 8 years Application design and/or implementation of large scale ERP experience must include leading Information Services teams in two or more of the following applications and business processes:- ERP Finance Applications (General Ledger, Billing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management and Expense Reimbursement, Inter company accounting and Revenue Management)- Enterprise Financial Performance applications (Financial Consolidation, Planning & Budgeting, Health Care Analytics and Costing)- Project Management applications (Project accounting and management, Project costing and billing, Grants & Lease Management)- ERP experience must also include business process integration of Finance Applications with Supply Chain Applications (e.g. Contract Management, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier/Vendor Management, Pricing, Inventory) at a minimum. Working knowledge of supply chain applications is an added advantage.- Experience with large scale business transformation and ERP system implementation projects with scope spanning multiple regions and/or geographies and business process areas is a must.
• Extensive System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience for business transformation initiatives.
• Extensive experience planning, designing, implementing, deploying and supporting large scale ERP and EPM implementations (Infor/Lawson, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP).
• Experience with EPM assessments including vendor and software selection experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, CPA/CA. Or equivalent educ/experience.
• upon hire: Certified Public Accountant.
• Experience issuing or responding to RFIs and RFPs.
• Experience in financial performance management.
• Healthcare experience.
