Description

Under the direction of the Patient Care Delivery Director/manager, the supervisor of Administrative Operations oversees the administrative functions of the designated departments within a site(s). Assumes direct line responsibility for patient care delivery, ancillary and support services.

Required qualifications:

• Coursework/Training in Customer Service Or Communication.
• 5 years of experience in medical reception.
• 2 years of Supervisory experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Coursework/Training in Customer Service.

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
