Description

Talent Acquisition Representative - 100% Remote

Provider Solutions & Development (PS&D), a wholly owned subsidiary of Providence, is seeking a Director of Technology. While based in Portland, Oregon the position can sit in any Providence approved location in the United States.

PS&D is the national market leader for best-in-class provider recruitment services. We help create healthier communities by strategically partnering with like-minded health care organizations to deliver exceptional recruitment and consultative services steeped in innovation, collaboration, and setting national best practices.

Responsible for delivering business value through effective coordination of services within Physician Services and Development, the Coordinator Resource Recruitment Lead (RC) works autonomously and is accountable for the entire business line associated with candidate interviews, site visits, travel, and connection to local relocation services to support physician recruitment throughout our service areas. The RC is dedicated to a specific recruitment region and serves as the liaison and sole Providence representative and contact for the potential hire once the candidate has been identified until the time s/he sits down with the medical director for the job offer. To this end, the RC must use a high level of discretion and work independently to orchestrate the interview-site visit-offer workload process once a candidate has been identified.

Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Join our team at Provider Recruitiment and thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
