Providence at Home is a growing division of Providence Life Services, which provides a continuum of healthcare, focused on senior living. Providence Hospice is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), Full Time in Tinley Park, IL. We are looking for a compassionate RN to join our established, experienced hospice team. We provide exceptional patient centered care to patients and families facing end of life. Now offering $2,000 retention bonus!
Schedule Available: Monday - Friday. During normal business hours.

Summary of essential job functions:
- Provide skilled nursing care
- Provide case management services
- Conduct initial assessments of new patients
- Travel to patients wherever they reside: Home, nursing facility etc.
- Participate in an on-call schedule
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Illinois.
- At least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in Hospice or Home Health.
- Drivers License in good standing.
