Job Summary:
The Service Excellence Specialist and Educator provides evaluation, suggestions, development, and delivery of education/training, and incorporation of clinical programs to improve medical practices for patient care. Responsible for being a leader of the organizational Service Excellence Initiative and promoting engagement in company culture.

Education/Experience:
  • Associate degree in nursing (ASN) and/or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree from an accredited school of nursing is required.
  • Must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Nebraska.
  • Must possess an active Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate. Experience
  • Five years of nursing experience.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in an educator role is preferred.
