Providence St. Joseph Heritage Healthcare has an excellent opportunity available for a full-time physician assistant or nurse practitioner to join its Sleep Medicine team in beautiful Santa Rosa, California. You will be working at a newly remodeled office as part of a busy practice that has good patient flow. Additionally, this is a great learning environment as there are excellent mentors and long-term staff members on the team that offer support. With a highly desirable weekday-only schedule and zero call responsibilities, this position also offers an outstanding work-life balance in the welcoming community of Santa Rosa, California.

  • Monday to Friday schedule 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • No weekend shifts and no call
  • Outpatient care only
  • Sign-on bonus available
  • CME days and dollars
  • 1 to 2 years of experience preferred
  • New Grads are welcome to apply
