Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Providence Medford Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Washington Registered Nurse License - if practicing within this state.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
