What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgeon position at Providence?
The Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cardiac Surgeon to lead and grow a well-supported Cardiac program in the middle of California’s wine country. This position will focus exclusively on cardiac surgery in a location that has the ability to capture all of the cardiac cases for Humboldt County and surrounding areas. - Full-time position
- Competitive salary and bonus structure offered with up to 12 weeks’ vacation
- At least 5 years’ experience required, with skills in complex revascularization, mitral valve repair and aortic surgery
- Expertise in vascular surgery is a plus
- Dedicated OR team and strong anesthesia and ICU support
