"

The Chaplain Fellowship Resident provides spiritual and emotional support to patients", their families, guests, and staff, with a focus on a particular patient population. Simultaneously the Chaplain Fellowship Resident is actively engaging in an action-reflection, process model of education that focuses on the development and enhancement of the student's professional competency and pastoral identity. The Chaplain Fellowship Resident participates in on-call duty rotation. The program is designed for one year.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Theological

  • 4 Units—Accredited or approved by the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE), by programs that were accredited by the former United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Commission on Certification and Accreditation (USCCB/CCA), or the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care (CASC/ACSS)

Preferred Qualifications:
