Clinical Research Grants Analyst

Description

Under the general supervision of the Director, is responsible for financial and business analyses of grants received by Corporate and Foundation Relations in the South Division. This position also includes assisting in developing budgets, monitoring and tracking expenses, preparation of timely invoices to private foundations and government agencies that meet grantor's requirements and timely receipt of agreed upon revenue by Providence. This position requires the ability to interpret and administer a variety of financial and non-financial information to fulfill various compliance requirements, allowable expenditures, and the preparation of timely reports that meet the funding agency's financial and other reporting requirements.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Accounting/ Business Administration or other relevant field. Or equivalent educ/experience.

• 5 years Related field such as hospital or medical center, non-profit, local or state government, grants management (financial analysis, budgeting or accounting).
