*Design and Construction Manager \Hybrid

• Relocation to Eureka, CA available to well qualified candidates.**

The Design and Construction Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of capital projects ranging in scope and complexity. This role is responsible for managing the budget, timeline, risks, and delivery of capital projects. Although this role does not have direct reports, the manager is responsible for the leadership of contractors and vendors and ensuring that these parties embrace our Mission and Core Values and deliver the project as contracted. The person in this role will need to reside in the greater Eureka, CA area, which is why relocation assistance is available to well qualified candidates.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Construction Management, Project Management, Business Administration.
• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
• 6 years Construction management.
• 3 years Healthcare construction management.
• Proven experience with land use practices and procedures across a diverse geographic portfolio.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
