Director Labor Relations \Hybrid

The Labor Relations Director leads labor relations for the assigned ministry, region, division, or line of business ensuring effective contract administration, maintenance of healthy relationships with labor representatives, support of bargaining processes, labor risk mitigation, and labor strategy development for the organization. Responsible for influencing and partnering with HR COE's, operations leadership teams, and field HR to promote the highest quality experience for core leaders and caregivers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Industrial Relations or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4 years additional experience in lieu of degree
  • 8 years of Leadership in a labor environment/contract administration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organization Development, Industrial Relations or related field
  • 10 or more years of Leadership experience in a large, multi-location, multi-state, complex organization
  • 4 years Healthcare and acute care environment

Salary Range by location:

Southern California

Min: $84.19, Max: $137.24

WA Puget Sound

Oregon (Portland)

Min: $80.77, Max: $131.66
