Description

Responsible for providing quality patient care and customer service by testing patient hearing, selling and dispensing hearing aids, and performing general maintenance of hearing aids.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire: Washington Hearing Aid Specialist License
• Graduation from a (2) year degree program or equivalent educ/experience
• A nine (9) month certificate program in hearing aid specialist instruction, from a board-approved program

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years Customer service experience, particularly with dispensing hearing aids

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
