LPN, Non-Contract - Irvington Nursing Services at Providence Elderplace Oregon
We are seeking a LPN, Non-Contract - Irvington Nursing Services that will works under the ongoing direction of a Administrator to provide quality nursing care. Assists with collection of assessment data, provides input to the planning of care. Implements plan of care within scope of licensure. Maintains a safe environment for residents.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
- Licensure by the Oregon State Board of Nursing
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) for Health Care Provider certification
Preferred qualification:
- One (1) year of experience in area of expertise
