Manager Quality RN in QUALITY ASSURANCE at St Mary Medical Center Walla Walla, Washington

The Manager of Quality and Risk Management is responsible for Quality Management, Patient Safety Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Management activities at Providence St Mary Medical Center. The Manager provides vision and leadership throughout the organization relative to continuous improvement of clinical quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree Nursing from an accredited program.
• upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
• 5 years Hospital acute care.

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year Recent leadership experience.
• 1 year Experience with Joint Commission standards, state and federal regulations.
• 1 year Projects and/or team facilitation, public speaking, adult education, policy development and analysis.
