The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) primary function includes the following : checking in patients, answering telephones, scheduling patients, and performing other designated clerical tasks essential for the smooth operation of the department.
May float to other physician office sites as requested. Involves general guidance and direction by the clinical supervisor and / or clinic lead.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in any medical field.
- 2 years of experience in the healthcare setting or Associate, Bachelor's degree in the medical field.
- Healthcare related computer experience.
