Residency Program Coordinator

The Office Staff Residency Program Supervisor is responsible for the management of a variety of complex projects for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. This position coordinates development of policies and procedures and provides communication and structure insuring accountability that the various deadlines are met. Examples include: Independent coordination of and preparation for accreditation site visits from the ACGME/RRC, maintaining compliance with accreditation and regulatory agency guidelines, appropriate and timely reporting for program accrediting surveys i.e., WebAds, GME Track, FREIDA; management of orientation process, management of resident retreat process, management of collaboration with Kenya/Moi University and Portland Public School partnerships, and member of Residency Leadership Group.

Required qualifications:

• 3 years experience in progressively responsible roles with demonstrated leadership experience and strong project/change management skills (Preferably within HealthCare).

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree plus significant related work experience with an emphasis on health-care field.
• Physician recruitment experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
