RN Infusion Nursing - Home Infusion Medford at Providence Home Services Oregon
Provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic, or alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the payor. These services are provided in the states of Oregon and/or southwest Washington.
Required qualifications for this position includes:
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state
- If other than Oregon, have verification of OR application and submission prior to start date
- Washington Nursing License must be attained no later than 60 days from start date at Providence Home Health Services division (Not required for Southern Oregon)
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of valid auto insurance
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider) -OR- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) within thirty (30) days of start date
Preferred qualifications for this position includes:
- One (1) year of experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health
