Join our team at Sacred Heart Medical Centeras a Providence caregiver, you'll apply your specialized training to deliver world-class health with human connection and make a difference every day through your extraordinary care.

Our Residency Program transitions new graduate Nurses into practice emphasizing inter-professional, collaborative, and patient-centered care. Our comprehensive specialty curriculum includes online and classroom-based learning, clinical simulation, skills development and unit orientation with specialty trained preceptors. Our Core Fundamentals program is designed to support new graduate professional development through their first year of practice.

Available types of positions include:

  • 36 hours per week, 8-hour Night shift bonus eligible
  • 36 hours per week, 12-hour Night shift bonus eligible
  • 36 hours per week, 12-hour Evening shift bonus eligible
  • Per Diem/Supplemental, 8-hour Day shift

Required qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Experience Required for Staff RN:
  • 1 year Nursing Experience
  • Experience Required for Fellow RN:
  • 1 year Nursing experience but new to specialty of hire
  • Experience Required for Resident RN:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
