Provides Social Work Services in accordance with policy and procedures of St Patrick Hospital and Health Sciences Center in collaboration with the patient and patient's family.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years in Medical social work
