The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for provider training, support, supervision, and quality assurance for the Behavioral Health Concierge Program. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the training and day to day clinical support of assigned behavioral health providers providing care across the seven state providence foot print. Provides ongoing clinical counseling to patients and supervision for direct reports and interns. This position is remote and can sit in any state within the Providence footprint ( AK, WA, OR, CA, MT, TX, NM).
Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LICSW).
- Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
- 5 years work related experience, preferably in a primary care clinic, and/or outpatient setting for mental health/substance abuse services.
- 2 years successful team building and clinical supervisory experience, preferably in the ambulatory behavioral health setting.
- 1 year experience within telehealth industry.
