Under the direction of the Executive Director, provide strategic leadership to the overall agency, oversee and direct the functions and activities of assigned departments to ensure effective and efficient utilization of the agency's financial, human, and information technology resources, as well as the agency's rental assistance and housing advocacy program. This position is a responsible professional level position which includes the day to day management of all programs, public relations, and maintains direct contact with the ED. Assist in the development of distinctive strategies to achieve and sustain revenue as the agency makes a transition to a sustainable environment less dependent on federal funding. Work closely with the Mayor's Office and City Council, State Legislature and other stakeholders and community organizations to ensure the agency's strategic and business plan is directed toward common community goals. May serve as Executive Director in the absence of the Executive Director.
