Position Available
The candidate will start as a Branch Manager Trainee, with training occurring in our WI office over a 6 month period. During training, the candidate will learn all facets of the company and the position, then be promoted to a Branch Manager. PRP Wine International will cover all moving costs when training is completed and promotion to Branch Manager in one of our 17 markets across 9 states occurs. The training program is expected to last 6 months with some time spent in our Orlando office in support of the current team and Branch Manager. The majority of the candidates time will be spent in WI working alongside the local Branch Manager.

- Ability to build long-term relationships through personal interaction
- Willingness to participate in community functions and events, including evenings and weekends
Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be willing to relocate to after the BMT training program
- Must be willing to spend some time working in our WI market as well (hotel/car allowance and per diem provided when visiting market)
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred
- Experience hiring and training new talent is a plus
- Wine knowledge is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to appointments
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary
- Must be able to enjoy selling wine
Compensation
- $45,000 - $70,000 annually
