Our organization is growing and expanding so fast into new territories we’re looking for Sales Managers we can build around.
No Sales or Industry Experience Required but is recommended for the Fast Track to Sales Manager Position- we will teach, coach, and train you 100%
Average first-year income for our new Fast Track to Sales Managers position is 75-95k; however, there is no cap. Some Sales Managers make well over 100k their first year.
Qualified in house lead system; no need for cold calling or depending on friends and family.

Requirements for Position
• Be willing to be trained in our proven platform of success.
• Preferred:
• A track record of a good work ethic with a list of responsibility
• History of managing teams of 10 members
Responsibilities for Fast Track to Sales Manager Position:
• Obtain a state license- we will help you with how
• Once licensed: Be on a 30 minute conference call five days a week
• Client visits
• Willing to teach and train Sales Representatives
• Willing to be on manager calls when needed
Structure for Fast Track to Sales Manager Position:
• Learn Sales process initially (60-180 days)
• Learn and duplicate effective strategies to Train and Mentor Sales Representatives
• Learn and duplicate effective strategies to attract Sales Representatives
Job Type: Full-time (40-60 hours)
Pay: $65,000.00 - $135,000.00 First Year
