At Prudential, our Senior Firm Support Specialist reports directly to the Manager Director (the senior leader of the firm), purposefully focusing on recruiting, marketing and sales support to meet our customers’ complex financial needs.
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Firm Support Specialist aligned to our Upper Midwest Financial Group, located in Wauwatosa, WI. This is an in-person position that is part time- 20 hours per week.
This is a critical role contributing to the success of our firm. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on recruiting and onboarding initiatives related to financial professionals who are both new to the industry and with extensive experience, marketing activities that help drive market growth and sales support to help drive revenue growth.
Support
RECRUITING
This could range from something as simple as…
- monitor candidates as they progress through the pre-hire and appointment process
to something multifaceted like…
- participate in virtual recruiting webinars by coordinating logistics such as managing the technology or venue, target potential experienced financial professionals and drive attendance.
MARKETING
This could range from something as simple as…
- effectively leverage Pru Advisors library of marketing materials and programs available to help grow markets, increase contacts and position the firm as a financial resource to the community
to something multifaceted like…
- research market opportunities, work with leadership team to develop strategies and plans to grow market, track and report results.
SALES
This could range from something as simple as…
- provide new business technology and training support (eMoney, Wealthscape, etc.)
to something multifaceted like…
- contribute to the lead optimization strategy to improve lead program scoring factors and conversion results.

- 1-3 years financial services experience or prior experience supporting strategic initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree and recruiting, marketing and sales experience preferred
