Manufacturing Associate

PRx Performance is a leader in the design, development, manufacturing, and distribution of a broad range of fitness equipment with a strong reputation of quality and customer service. PRx has expanded to include manufacturing onsite and we are seeking a Full-Time Manufacturing Associate to join our team. This position is based at our facility in Fargo, North Dakota. This is a day shift position with a schedule of 6:00am - 4:30pm (10 hour shifts) Monday through Thursday.

Position Summary:

On a daily basis, you will assist with parts processing by loading/unloading materials from various machines and ensuring production and customer quality standards are met. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required. Training is provided.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading materials from machines throughout the manufacturing floor (Flat Laser, Paint Line, Press Brake, and Tube Laser)
• Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Identifying, counting, and clearly labeling parts
• Ability and willingness to float across manufacturing floor switching tasks as needed
• Operate overhead crane and forklift to move parts and maintain efficient workflow
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Must help us fulfill our commitment to delivering the best customer service as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality of finished product
• Additional duties as assigned

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Dependable team player
• Desire to learn new skills, improve technical knowledge
• Detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
• Forklift certified or willing to earn certification
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Must have the ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs
• Must be able to handle continuous standing for up to 10 hours daily
• Knowledge of fitness industry a plus
