This position reports to the Maintenance Manager. The Lincoln, RI facility is looking for a motivated individual to support the Lincoln plant.

This position reports to the Maintenance Manager. The Lincoln, RI facility is looking for a motivated individual to support the Lincoln plant.
Key Activities/Responsibilities
- Manage and place all requisitions generated by the plant
- Administer all MRO programs (i.e. Fastenal)
- Administers Inventory – maintains critical parts
- Administers and maintains all MRO inventories
- Communicates and interface with all vendors
- Administers all Maintenance requisitions
- Tracks Maintenance budgets
- Works directly with Maintenance Manager and Controller to manage maintenance budget.
- Works directly with Maintenance and production to identify critical parts and inventory needs.
- Inventory management experience
- Able to work with multi-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- High school diploma
