The Public Sector Solutions Group (PS2G) is on a mission to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and value delivery in government agencies. We're seeking passionate and qualified Lean Six Sigma consultants (both Black and Green Belts) to join our team and drive transformational change.
Responsibilities:
- Black Belts: Lead complex improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).
- Green Belts: Work within Black Belt-led projects, contribute to data analysis, process mapping, and implementation activities.
- For both Belts:
- Conduct value stream mapping exercises to identify and eliminate non-value added activities.
- Analyze process data to pinpoint bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement solutions using Lean tools and techniques like 5S, Kanban, and Kaizen.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
- Track and measure project progress, ensuring quantifiable results and cost savings.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within government agencies.
Qualifications:
- Black Belts:
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) from a recognized organization (ASQ, IASSC, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading and implementing Lean Six Sigma projects.
- Proven track record of successful project deliverables and measurable cost savings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Green Belts:
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) from a recognized organization (ASQ, IASSC, etc.).
- Minimum 2 year3 of experience working on Lean Six Sigma projects.
- Strong data analysis and process mapping skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to team projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
