Your Role

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team! A successful candidate will have extensive experience in full cycle recruitment within the life sciences industry and demonstrate effective leadership skills. This is a hybrid position, with the ability to be on-site at the Pomona, CA office when needed. Some travel is required (including career events, networking events, conferences, etc.)

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Anticipate future talent needs and proactively identify areas for recruitment to support business growth.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining job requirements to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, including networking, industry events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and coordinate with hiring managers to make informed and strategic hiring decisions. Ensure a thorough evaluation of technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
  • Work directly with clients in order to determine their needs and provide effective solutions. 
  • Collaborate closely with clients to identify suitable candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process from initial request through official hire.
  • Utilize recruitment analytics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and continuously improve processes.
  • Provide regular reports and insights into leadership on recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Attend recruitment and company events such as career fairs, conferences, and other industry networking events to build relationships and develop collaborative partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process, tools, and technologies to streamline and optimize hiring operations.
  • Additional duties as required.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of full life cycle recruitment in the life science industry.
  • Advanced experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruit, and other related systems/platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the life science sector and related job functions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience recruiting nationally and globally.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • This is a hybrid position, with the ability to be on-site at the Pomona, CA office when needed.

Estimated Annual Salary (dependent on experience): $75,000 - $100,000
