PSC Industries leads the market with some of the most extensive die-cutting equipment and is constantly researching new products, materials, machinery, and advanced technology that established PSC Industries as a leader in the fabricating industry.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- New hire management
- Timesheet management
- Liaison from plant management to staffing agencies for candidates
- Screening phone calls to candidates
- Matching resumes to job descriptions
- Facilitating job offers with plant management
- SOE/Exempt job verification process
Additional duties working with Temporary Staffing Agencies:
- Work through setting up new agreements
- Making sure agencies get their timecard data each week from the plant
- Double checking attendance data on temps
- Ensuring that the agencies are doing their expected part
- new hire orientation sign-offs
- new hire orientation videos
- disciplinary & attendance warnings are issued when necessary
Any time left over in the week would include some sort of HR work in-house.
