What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving Lead position at PSC?
Monday-Thursday 6AM - 4PM
Candidate will be responsible for cutting all long bar material and makes with appropriate materials identification markers as directed by supervisor; loads all product that is to be shipped out, utilizing forklift as required; maintains all proper shipping receiving documents into the ERP system as required; mark all raw material that is designated for specific Work Orders with the part number, work order and location; assist the assembly staff in packaging, boxing, and crating of finished goods; ensure proper shipping documents are affixed to all packages, and that the bill of lading documents are ready to give to the shipping source; checks all newly arrived inventory is placed in correct bins, shelves, drawers, etc.
Must be forklift certified by OSHA. Must have a minimum 5 years’ related experience within a manufacturing environment; ability to effectively work individually and in a team; minimum 2-3 years of Leadership experience preferred; advanced customer service skills, professional attitude and appearance; strong organizational, data entry, record keeping and time management skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; the candidate selected must be dependable. reliable, detail oriented with good organizational skills as well as have self-initiative. Some familiarity of use of a wide range of mechanical hand tools including wrenches, socket sets, drivers, screw drivers, hand power tools, torque wrenches, and tape measures.

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
