Hours:

• 1st shift

Compensation:

• $22-24/hr

(Depending on your experience)

Duties include:

· The Assistant Production Supervisor will assist the Production Supervisor in the daily coordination & while leading all daily activities of interior door production personnel. This position will provide planning for, direction to, and will control available resources associated with the timely, damage-free, and safe manufacturing of interior doors. In addition, this position is responsible for the quality, accuracy and amount of production generated by team members.

Requirements include:

· Ensure all work is preformed according to approved procedures, standards, and specifications for door manufacturing operations.

· Coach the production team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadlines and updates,

· Lead activities of Door Manufacturing production employees and support personnel engaged in production.

· Comly with all OSHA safety requirements.

· Assign job tasks to employees according to manufacturing schedules.

· Ensure proper maintenance of facility, manufacturing equipment, forklift equipment, and handling supplies.

Required experience:

• Minimum of two years’ production experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Steel toes required
