psi has an opening for a qualified ESL Teacher in the Cleveland area. This position can be part or full time. We are seeking a TESOL Teacher to help serve children who have educational and developmental needs. The position is effective beginning in the 2022-2023 school year.

Responsibilities
Your mission as a TESOL teacher is to deliver a curriculum that ensures both teaching excellence and student success while providing a fun and rewarding learning experience.
Essential Functions
- Deliver online or in-person dynamic, engaging, and enjoyable lessons to our students.
- Teach functional English skills in a conceptualized manner.
- Maintain a classroom atmosphere that is conducive to learning.
- Prepare and update course materials, homework assignments, handouts, and prepare lesson plans based on competencies and learner goals.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development courses, and other internal or psi led meetings.
- Effectively communicate with school administrators and other staff members regarding students, site, instruction, or any issues that impact the performance of the class.
- Assist in the pre-testing and post-testing of students and administer tests and quizzes to ensure learning.

- Teaching - 1 year (required)
License/Certification
- TESOL Certification
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
