A Fabrication company located in Secaucus nj is seeking an HR Coordinator - Payroll assistant to join their team! You will perform activities in human resources and assisting the payroll department. Great for light and bright candidate who wants HR experience!!!
Fully onsite - Monday - Friday 8:00AM 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Work under the HR Generalist - assist in all areas of HR
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-boarding and benefits management
- Provide full support to payroll department, Weekly payroll
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Accurately maintain employee files
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
- Previous experience with payroll
- Paychex experience is a PLUS!
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
