Job Description
Retail Lab Engineer.
Must have Skill : -
Able to troubleshoot SCCM imaging issues, demonstrate the ability for SCCM driver management. Able to setup WQL collection queries.
Good understanding of PowerShell scripting in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities :
- Update and test task sequences for changes to device drivers and applications
- Manage and track tickets using ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate various tasks and processes.
- Perform laptop imaging and register, ensuring all devices are configured to company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Help app team with testing.
- Provide support for Tier 2 and Tier-3.
Support for deploy for off-business hours.
