Seasonal Receptionist

P.S.S. Imaging Inc is looking for a high energy, self-starting seasonal Receptionist. The receptionist is the first impression of our facility. It is vital that they be helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Must have flexible schedule.

• Answers telephone at reception desk and assist clients with their needs, including but not limited to scheduling appointments.
• Greets all visitors and maintains records of all visitors signing in and out.
• Maintains records for all clients
• Previous customer service experience is recommended
• Recommending appropriate packages based on the customer’s needs
• May be required to work the Saturday shift at a future date
• Sanitize and maintain reception area, dressing rooms, and waiting areas

Qualifications for Front Desk Associate

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have open availability
• Able to follow instructions clearly to achieve desired results
• Able to stand and move around for long periods at a time
• Flexible to travel to locations as required of the job
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Accessibility to reliable, insured transportation to reach assigned locations. Vehicle insurance must be current and in compliance with provincial law.
• Vehicle insurance must be current and in compliance with provincial law.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
