Are you an LMS guru who enjoys designing and leading learning programs? Would you enjoy shaping the future of LMS at a growing company? We’re expanding our team and seeking a Learning Program Manager to be part of creating the future of eLearning at PSSI.
The Learning Program Manager (LPM) will partner with HR Leadership, Company Leadership, Centers of Expertise, and other internal and external partners and stakeholders to create strategic and operational planning of training and related programs. You’ll be laser focused on overseeing employee development programs and projects across the full learning life cycle while meeting target audience needs. In this new role, you will ensure the quality of training design, setting standards on behalf of the company. You’ll manage a Learning Program Specialist and together will identify requirements for training interventions and manage the operational structure necessary to create and meet learning and development objectives enterprise wide.

THE WORK YOU WILL DO:
- Craft the roadmap for PSSI’s eLearning strategy and define standards and processes for eLearning development, collaboration, partnership requests, planning and execution
- Leads multiple projects and programs with cross-organizational program teams on learning needs assessment, intervention selection, design, development, implementation, and reporting
- Develops strategy for projects and programs that significantly impact targeted segments of the PSSI organization
- Manages program lifecycle from strategy development thru implementation, evaluation, and retirement
- Manage learning system vendor relationships, growing and building resources and knowledge through strong partnerships
- Assesses workforce knowledge proficiency, behavioral competence & learning application / reinforcement across the organization using a variety of tools and techniques
- Accountable for program and project operational goals and the management of financial planning including cost-benefit analysis, strategic budgeting, tracking/reporting, and results
- Routinely develops and introduces innovative methods and processes for improving learning and development program operations
- Stays abreast of current market or technology trends, provides thought leadership, and consults on areas of expertise throughout the organization
- Defines metrics and KPIs to measure success of strategic learning programs and report on their progress
YOUR MUST HAVES:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience with emphasis in instructional design, instructional technology or adult education related discipline is required
- 5 years previous work experience in corporate learning program management is required
- Demonstrated mastery in developing and implementing comprehensive learning & development programs
- Strong/expert knowledge of eLearning development, multi-media development, video development, and learning technologies
- Superior facilitation and consulting skills
- Superior leadership, communication, change management, and project management skills
- Excellent relationship management skills, including strong competency in matrix management, vendor management, and cultural awareness
- Proven measurement and metrics development and insights
- Ability to travel across regions and divisions as required
WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design or similar is preferred
- Experience working with the Cornerstone system
- Experience in corporate instructional design is pre
