WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Arrange inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain relationships with trucking companies and third-party logistics partner.
• Coordinate with warehouse/production on inventory.
• Knowledge of shipping hazardous materials.
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations of shipments.
• Work closely with customer service for accurate delivery schedules.
• Address any problems or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably.

YOUR MUST HAVES:

• High school diploma
• 2 years of experience working in a Logistics department.
• 2 years of experience entering and extracting information into and out of an ERP system.
• 1 year of experience working with truck brokers.
• Working knowledge of computers, printers, and copiers.
• Proficient computer skills such as e-mail, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This position is in our chemical blending facility. It is an office environment where you will be furnished with a cubicle style sitting desk.
