WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Arrange inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain relationships with trucking companies and third-party logistics partner.
- Coordinate with warehouse/production on inventory.
- Knowledge of shipping hazardous materials.
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations of shipments.
- Work closely with customer service for accurate delivery schedules.
- Address any problems or complaints that may arise quickly and amicably.
YOUR MUST HAVES:
- High school diploma
- 2 years of experience working in a Logistics department.
- 2 years of experience entering and extracting information into and out of an ERP system.
- 1 year of experience working with truck brokers.
- Working knowledge of computers, printers, and copiers.
- Proficient computer skills such as e-mail, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

OUR ENVIRONMENT:
This position is in our chemical blending facility. It is an office environment where you will be furnished with a cubicle style sitting desk.
