Social Worker (LICSW or LMHC) Integrated Primary Care

We are searching for a Social Worker (LICSW) or Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to perform a wide variety of duties in Southcoast Physician Practices providing behavioral health services to Southcoast Health PCP patients across the system. Duties include conducting behavioral health assessments and providing behavioral health treatment including individual and family psychotherapy utilizing brief treatment modalities. Serves as a consultant and resource to practice staff in the management and treatment of behavioral health disorders. Provide functional or technical supervision over other employees in same or closely related classifications, where scope of supervisory responsibility is limited to direction, guidance, explanation, etc.

This position is part of our integrated care model aiding us in treating Southcoast Health patients holistically under one roof within our Primary Care settings.

Hours: Full Time

Shift: Day Shift: Monday- Friday

Location: Primary Care - Fall River, MA

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

• A Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited college or university.
• Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to perform as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with electronic medical record documentation preferred.
